One of the unique things to do at Hausbrandt is to order their "brew your own coffee" or BYOC. The BYOC will enable coffee lovers to experience brewing coffee using the traditional Italian method. The Italians usually use a pot that they also call "la caffettiera" in making coffee. At Hausbrandt by 1892 Euro Food, they use pots by Bialetti, the pioneer in making Italian Moka pots. To date, there are over 330 million Bialetti la caffettieras that have been sold all over the world.
